"The place was great but at about 7 am a man came into our room when we were in bed. The front desk asked if we left our clean room tag on the door which we had not. The man just said sorry sorry when came in. So make sure your lock is across your door. The front desk said it was staff and they would look into it."

"Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are no frills but clean. The shared bathroom on my floor was clean but the shower area was a bit cramped and larger people may have some difficulty. Luggage storage for an extra $10. Maybe not cozy enough for a longer stay but it was a good value for 1 night."

"Stayed end of May. Overpriced for this level of hotel. It was $400+ a night. The hotel was very busy with hockey families in for tournaments. The hotel itself is dated but the room we had was very large. Bonus was having a tub and not just a shower!! Was nice to have a bathtub and not just a shower. Pool was looking run down and could use some maintenance."

"I'd love to give this hotel a better rating because the staff were very nice and welcoming, but the whole place seemed in desperate need of repair. Obvious water damage around the room, warped drywall and ceiling tiles, hallway ceiling was so low I hit my (6'3 on a good day) head on a sprinkler. Worst of all there was mould around the windows, AC, and around the shower grout. We were only here for one night so we didn't bother to hassle the staff and were working on the assumption that based on...
