The back door though it doesn’t lock and there’s homeless people right behind the hotel so that’s kinda scary knowing that door is always unlocked. "Noisy location with sub par room conditions."

"There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. We tried to shower and had to wait hours and hours for hot water to run in the shower. My son went to shower first and felt only cold water and was screaming non stop. The towel...

"Great service but this place needs updated in a bad way. Stayed here about ten years ago and I think all they have done is paint it ."

"Bed sheet had brown splatter stains. White towels were grey looking. Dead bolt on door was broken like the door had been kicked in. Room looks like it's had updates but the door was rough looking. TV worked sporadically. It was overall a super sketchy looking place. Staff was nice though. Rather overpriced for the quality of the place and the poor quality of bedding and towels, only bathroom items was 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo, not sure there was kleenex either, maybe roll of toilet paper....

"This is a very cute property, also very quiet and clean. It is a bit rustic, but we LOVED IT! There is a private little beach to Lake Erie as well. My only complaint would be the beds are uncomfortable. Feels like laying on springs, but if you print your own mattress topper, it’s fine! I would also suggest to put a set 4 bunk beds in on of the rooms. Kids hates sleeping with each other in the same bed, so if there were bunk beds… it would have been perfect. "Friendly staff"

"We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice"

"The hotel base board was falling apart next to my hotel room. The trash can base was dirty. My room tables was dirty and it was hair in my tub from the last guest. The room looked like it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the back door had trash around the vent. I took it upon myself to ask the hotel for some disinfectant so that I felt like the room was sanitized. Horrible establishment!!"
