"We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean."

"Very kind frindly staff.Spacious ,clean, modernized.Roomy Gym unlike other hotels whose gyms are small with few equipment.Nice warm pool and especially not overly smelling chlorine causing chest pain.I do not think I even smelled it.I usually have chest pain from smelling heavy chlorine at other hotels.Free parking with natural around.Niagara outlet mall 5 mins away and it's soooo much fun because it is an open mall.My best holiday Inn I have been to so far.But........ breakfast on Sunday could...
