"We did not use the amenities, however the room had a very musty smell and was not the cleanest, carpet stains, mattress covers not coving the entire edge of the beds, paint chipping in washroom bathtub, seems like the hotel needs a little TLC. We used it only for sleeping for a early morning flight, they had a shuttle however it does not take you to Terminal C. You have to take the tram from B to C. Which took a little extra time. "

"Everything was good except the first night the fire alarm went off at 2AM and it was on for about an hour because it had a malfunction then on the morning their was no hot water but that was about it that I had a problem, everything else was excellent and I would book at Orlando Palms hotel again "

"Our flight was delayed and ended up missing free shuttle. Had to take a taxi and the hotel wouldn’t refund us. Poor. "

"The breakfast menu was acceptable. The shuttle service was terrible. After waiting for over an hour I ended up having to Uber. The hotel said the terminal was too busy to get to. During the time I waited the hotel next door had their shuttle arrive twice."

"Rooms where fine however hallways and general appearance is well used. A bit pricey for what is, close to airport though. Parking for your night stay is extra."
