Harrahs needs better housekeepers and up-to-date rooms. I felt nasty the whole time in room 525. This is a smoke room l booked by mistake. It was spacious with good hot water, but the room itself felt nasty.

This was my second stay at this property, and unfortunately, my last. The first stay was, by far, much better. We stayed for two nights on this second trip. Great Smokies Inn Cherokee
Very helpful and friendly staff. I had trouble with the TV remote, and a front staff member came to the room to help me. :-) The property is clean, safe, and had everything we needed. The room is reasonably priced. We definitely will stay here again when we come back.
