One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"No ac heat or cabin the room. Bathroom clogged and no one could unclog it. Staff want friendly. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to check in. Breakfast was a bag of donuts and oranges and bananas. Rooms were not clean and looked like they were thorn apart and just left. "
