"We’ve stayed in Charlotte a few times and this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! Check In had a slight hiccup however patience is a virtue. Location is near dining and shopping. The grounds are beautifully kept, a relaxing pool area, rooms are nice a spacious with a balcony for fresh air, restaurant and bar onsite as well. My only complaint would be the parking lot. I’m a Hilton member and was the first that had freshly baked cookies!!"
