"Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. "

"Front desk staff were amazing but Hutton was closed after I called and specifically asked if it was open the pool was closed the next morning. Dog or cat urine in the elevator for over 6 hours. "

"We’ve stayed her before and never had any issues, and the service is always stellar. Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous. Before I forget, Sharkee’s is also a great restaurant and bar with top tier service. In all seriousness, I give this specific Hampton Inn higher than 5 stars. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness!"
