"I was very pleased with the room and the staff that I talked to could not have been nicer or more helpful. The room service meals were excellent, I had the chili plum pork one night and it was cooked to perfection. The next night, the garlic prawns were delicious and both were at a reasonable price. However, the glasses and cups were not of the high standard that Best Western would expect and I felt that I needed to wash them in very hot water before use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would certainly visit again."

"There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, kettles."

"This is an old motel that had good reviews two years ago and no reviews last year. There is no one at reception, you phone and get access to a lock box. Room service included leaving the crumpled sheets and pulling the cover up over the top. In forty years of travel, I’ve never seen that happen! Anyway, I won’t be going back."
