"Too noisy from upstairs. Was not a relaxing comforting feel. Not good water pressure and fine line between hot and cold. Parming not convienent. Always filled from people in next building over. Breakfast was horrible. The mexican food place attached to hotel was so bad. No flavor (lettuce had more flavor then rest of food) we threw away and. We are not type to do that. We ended oyr trip a day early because we knew we could not make it another night. When trying to check out the lady working caitlin didnt care about our stay and didnt know how to check us out and tried to charge us for the entire stay again. It was a nightmare. We do not recommend at all. We had never been to prescott very sad we didbt gt to enjoy it. "

"Yes hi. I had a lovely stay. The manager was very lovely even though I was going to leave but I could not get a refund. I went up there to relax and spend time at the pool and jacuzzi but unfortunately it was not open. Be in 96° you think that they would get it ready especially with the heatwave that we going on. But it was okay. My fault for not reading all the hotel stuff. I got to look out for that when I book a hotel cuz that's what I'm there for the for the pool and the relaxation. But otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you so much"

"Everything was excellent "

"Hotel had a certain “old” smell… which was somewhat expected as a historic hotel. However, the smell was overwhelming at times and even with our room window open the entire time, we could still smell the old smell and a faint smoke odor. Rooms are very small, but functioned fine. There really aren’t any amenities… it’s said there was a gym but we never located it. The location is great for all that downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row has to offer. There is a ton within walking distance. The biggest reason for the lower ratings was we found a men’s shirt and socks under our bed as we were packing up to check out… we didn’t have a man with us and we checked under the beds and desks to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Additionally, we had our Do Not Disturb sign out, but housekeeping still came. We did get fresh towels, so I can’t be too upset. "

"The staff was super nice, friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. A-plus on that. The room was generally clean. The building is in dire need of renovations. Key locks and handle worked great but the actual door is old and have very large holes where the previous lock was. The bed was on a tall platform which a step stool should accompany such a tall bed. Also, there was no iron, hair dryer, microwave or mini fridge. The shower was a bit odd but it was okay. The towels were a little on the rough side. There were only two pillows on a queen sized bed. MAIN ISSUE: there no outlets near the bed, desk and table. The only outlets were where the tv was plugged in and in the bathroom. "
