"The rating for this hotel is not appropriate. It is extremely dated, the bathrooms especially. The AC felt as if a truck came through the room when it kicked on. The Bar needs better wines, even though advertised there is only breakfast and dinner, no lunch at the restaurant. Beds are good, location hard to find, but quiet. Floors were not very clean."

"We came in for just 1 night to go to the Embassy the next morning. We usually stay in DC but decided to try something different this time. Our room was clean and up to date. Beds were firm, shower pressure was strong. Hotel it self was clean and smelled great. Relaxing music was playing in lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful especially with parking our 1500 RAM truck. We were not sure if it would fit in parking garage. We were happy that our truck still had 6 inches left of clearance and was able to park on site. They allowed us to drive up to the parking garage and attempt with the maximum height bar first before paying. All went well. We ate dinner at the resturant in the hotel. Food was very good and our waitress was exceptional. Breakfast was not included with your stay and the cost was not worth what they offered. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will come back to this hotel again."

"Ah, you're totally right—sorry about the wait! Here's the draft: I'll say something like, "I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The check-in staff gave no parking or elevator instructions, and we had to figure it out on our own. The front desk was dismissive and rude when asked for help. Our heater was broken, and despite multiple requests, they never fixed it. On top of that, I was charged extra for parking incorrectly. I do not recommend staying here."
