"Lovely stay at this hotel. Very easy and pleasant check in, staff very polite. Absolutely ideal location, close to railway station and Harry Potter shuttle bus stop. Our room was spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Superb breakfast with great chose. Close to railway line but the windows kept out the noise."

"Beautiful historic property. Residence of Gilbert of Gilbert and Sullivan. Room was spacious even though dated. Beautiful view of gardens. Lots of walks through forest. Felt like I was in a fairy tale. Beautiful lobby and breakfast room. Lots of breakfast options. Difficult to manage stairs with luggage. No lift. "
