"We enjoyed our one night stay for my husbands birthday. We had a really enjoyable time in the spa and my husband would fully recommend the hot stone back massage by Meg. Our evening meals were beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast too. Bar staff, spa staff and reception staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. "Great location, just a short walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a lovely ensuite. Only downside was a loose toilet seat and extremely small pillows. Nevertheless we would use this hotel again. "

"We stayed in the ‘Windermere rooms at the Wateredge Inn’ as a last minute break with our pet. In our opinion the short stay ticked every box from arrival to departure. The staff were all friendly and polite. The Inn is at the edge of the lake with plenty of seating both inside and outside looking out onto the lake. Parking spaces were plentiful on arrival and offered many more spaces than others we had looked at. We dined at the Inn with our pet and food portions were adequate and met our expectations. There is a very good selection of rooms (especially if you don’t have a pet), our room was a pet friendly and was very clean and appliances were all in good condition. We will stop here again and would definitely recommend to others looking for a place to stay in this area. Thank you to the staff and management for making our experience a good one."
