"Breakfast was great & beds were comfortable"

"Not impressed at all, much of the place smelled like weed and had an overall ghetto vibe, not a very clean hotel. They give you a paper that has the wrong floors for where the ice machines are so you waste your time walking all over. My mini fridge door wouldnt close at all because of a huge ice build-up and the guy at the front desk said he couldnt do anything about it or knock the price down for me. The kleenex box in the bathroom was empty. The staff also have thick accents and are hard to understand. So yea I'd suggest avoiding this place unless youre really on a budget, the beds and hotel room itself were clean though so that was the one good thing."

"Room was clean and spacious, staff treated me well!! Kitchen area was ready for use, parking is free across the street if you have players club card and play for 30 mins. Stay was all good!!"

"3 starts only because It’s great if you’re going to a game very close walking distance. But the hotel is old and outdated, elevators are slow and no more than 6 people on at a time. Our sheets didn’t fit the bed and shorted us towels. Most importantly bring your own pillow, we even requested extra and they were lacking. Would expect a lot more for the $$$$"

"The property itself is just ok. Nothing flashy. The breakfast is grab and go items like yogurt and granola bars. Check in and check out took way too long. There was no staff at the desk so we had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time to be helped. While the facility is supposed to be nonsmoking the place smelled like weed at all times. The room across from us had a dog that loved to bark."

"just an average hotel looking to charge above average rates. Terrible parking and dusty rooms but a great location (which they know). Terrible service in the restaurant but decent food. The only thing that was uniquely bad was the front office staff, just while I was waiting to checkout I heard them be cutting to multiple guests who were asking simple questions. Stay if you have to but would look anywhere else. They clearly don’t need to work beyond being a 2 star hotel. "

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a mediocre experience. There were hairs in the bathroom and stains on most of the textiles (curtains, rug, towels). Our key cards continuously became deactivated during our stay and we often had to come back down to the front desk for new keys. One time, I had to come back down 3 times in a row. I kept being told to keep the key card away from my phone as if it was my fault despite not having a phone on me any of those times. I was told someone would come by to check the lock before we left for the day. When I asked if someone came by when we returned, he told me maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day. I was led to believe someone would be checking on it while we’re out. I still didn’t have a key that worked and I wasn’t offered a solution. The next day, maintenance came by to check the lock after I had just come out of the shower. I heard someone at the door repeatedly trying to get in. I was not called to let me know someone was coming and there was no knock at the door. All of these issues and I was barely issued an apology. "
