"Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"Nice staff and great location if you're visiting the castle. But let down by shower head always dropping so I ended up holding it while using and absence of any shampoo/shower gel. Also it was a very hot evening when we stayed but the windows keept shutting close not allowing fresh air to come in. Overall for the price and the one night it was fine. One tip: if you're arriving after 5pm, there are plenty of on street parking which is free 5pm till 9am."

"This hotel was awesome, good twins beds, cold rooms, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, the toilet was backed up- but I guess English plumbing? Not sure- didn’t really matter as we were only there for 1 night. Would definitely stay again, close to the Warwick Castle and a McDonald’s in the parking lot! Thanks for letting us stay!"

"We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Leamington Spa, where we were attending family wedding, and because it had air-conditioning. The extensive (and well-subscribed) health club facilities (for which we were not charged an additional fee) and the helpful staff were bonuses. Downsides were spotty internet and television, meh food, and an-room refrigerator with an apparently coldest setting that could best be described as room temperature. "Lovely stay, busy at the time of visiting but staff stayed calm and helpful and the hotel is big enough to cope with multi function events. Ideal location for visiting area. Food good and breakfast particular enjoyable being replenished regularly."

"When I arrived at the hotel there was NO PARKING available. Twenty spaces but none available! Also, hotel couldnt help with suggestions where to park. When I did check in, hotel staff were not presentable, looked tired and messy. Gave room key and quick instructions. Not shown to room. Carpet in the hallway disgustingly bad, very dirty, worn down and in need of repair. Was asked what time I wanted breakfast. Breakfast severed between 7 - 9am when suggested 8am hotelier pulled face and sighed....

"Room was clean except burns in carpets. Flies in restaurant- get a big bug zapper! Staff were superb Dinner extremely tasty except charge for pods which lay empty of £45.00 for 2 hours. Breakfast was lovely Location is great but a lot of road noise all day and night from everything from motor bikes to tractors. Property has 2 windows to counter noise but still prevalent."
