"This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area."

"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, great staff, spotless clean. All amenities you could need"

"A nice pub downstairs, however, uncomfortable bed and a light in the room that won’t turn off led to a very poor nights sleep."

"This was an awesome house! It's right next to the castle, which was a really cool day out. Would highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. And the pool and spa were great."

"Nice clean and quiet hotel. Plenty of room in hotel and outdoor. Breakfast food not warm enough but very tasty. I love this hotel. Highly recommended"

"Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room."

"This is the most excellent place to stay in Leamington Spa. The lady who runs it is exceptionally lovely. I turned up very late and she could not have been kinder - I felt super bad though. She keeps the place VERY clean - I had a cosy room with comfy bed and bedding, kettle, iron, washbasin, hairdryer, tea, tissues, flannel. Everything had been thought of you and I got the impression she puts a lot of energy into this place to keep it spic and span and lovely. Breakfast was great - chat...

"Wonderful location, an easy walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theater and other Shakespeare locations. Parking ample and easy. Staff wonderful. This historic old building has been very well cared for and the decorations and gardens were delightful. We were very happy to find a ventilator already in our room. The bed was comfortable, the shower wonderful, the storage generous for our two day visit. Stratford itself was absolutely lovely, but this fantastic hotel made the trip even better!"

"The large suite upstairs is great but no lift. Luckily I had help with my luggage during check in and when checking out. The room itself is super roomy. The bathroom vanity area has poor lighting."

"A great experience and great staff."

"Lovely place, lovely breakfast. Good stay. Free parking."
