"Friendly staff. Great sized rooms. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, property advertised as having air conditioning which is only available in the lobby areas. Rooms only have a type of climate control that does not help with extremes of weathers. They did signpost on arrival that all cooling systems were down which was unfortunate due to the heatwave present."

"Staff really welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were perfect and clean. Plenty of extra air conditioning around the hotel due to extreme high temperatures. Quick check in and check out. Offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. Despite busy hotel and World Cup Football there was no noise so slept really well. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and juices. Perfect location and will definitely stay again."

"Nice hotel stayed here on numerous occasions when visiting family in Birmingham, close to town and new street station 5/10 minute walk, close to canals and leisure facilities 5 minute walk. Hotel bright, clean and pleasant staff. Breakfast good selection be better with egg choice fried or poached over just scrambled but good start to the day. "

"Staff were nice, rooms clean and bed comfy. The spa facilities was the only thing that let the experience down for me. Very dated, tired looking and smaller than photos lead you to believe. However, the main reason we booked this hotel was the closeness to Bp Pulse, literally a 5 minute walk."
