"Very nice property. Mostly clean but being a cleaner myself I feel the doors and shaving mirror in the room could have done with a dust. Nice balcony, nice comfy bed and linen. Quiet at night. Nice bar area with nice outside area & with good snacks. Good for visits to the Cotswold villages etc. would stay again."

"Best stay I've had in a very long time, bed was super comfortable, air con was already on when I entered the room which was so welcomed (32 degrees outside!) Staff were so helpful, facilities were great and this is one hotel you don't have to pay extra to use the spa facilities! 10/10, will definitely return!"

"Fantastic place - the main house and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Stayed in the new part of the hotel myself due to my lack of mobility - if i remember rightly, there weren't any lifts and l'd struggle carrying my bags up n down stairs. Lovely staff, nice pool, sauna and steam room. However, could definitely do with a relaxation area - some sunbeds around the pool perhaps. For a 3 star hotel, considering l actually believed it was 4, it really was exceptional value - great place to take your wife or girlfriend for a birthday surprise. Oh, also ample free parking - always a bonus, especially nowadays Highly recommended - Stace"

"Had a wedding to attend to nearby and stayed for one night. On arrival , even though I had already checked in online which was very easy , the reception staff was fantastic. Greeted us with a smile and on a very hot summers day welcomed us with cold iced lollies . Much appreciated for thank you . Room was very spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. For an old property, is well maintained. The only disappointment was that you have to pay for use of swimming, sauna and steam facilities. Which at the time of booking . This was not stated on the site I booked through . I will definitely stay again"
