"Daily housekeeping, 24 hour coffee in the lobby, spacious room, nice bed"

"People upstairs were stomping both times the past 2 visits."

"The room itself was fine -- we'd been on the road for ten days in six different hotels, and this room had the most comfortable bed and bedding that we'd slept in throughout the trip. "Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing."

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."

"Very cool hotel! But a couple items: the coffee machine in the room didn't work even though brand new and no coffee in lobby. Had to pay $5 for a plain cup of coffee in the restaurant. And.... yucky yucky yucky: the cleaning team walking in my room at 8:00 in the morning without knocking. Come on!!!!"

"Room was clean but sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. Hallways smelled like smoke."

"This hotel serve nothing no cups, water , nothing in kitchen to use for cooking, limited one or two towels, no one will be at counter from 10 pm to 9 am , it’s give full feeling of abundant property. I never recommend to stay here ."
