We came as tourists, but a number of guests were here on business. It’s clean and just a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station. It’s a $5 am Uber ride from Old Town. An easy walk to the Palace of Culture and Science—which has no exhibitions really but an observation tower. Room was ok-typical business hotel room. Shower could have been better—very little pressure when shower on, but it was ok. Was fine for our 4 night stay with plenty of breakfast options. Nice staff.

Generally, the hotel is ok. But I will never use it again. The furniture is outdated. To turn off the lights you have to walk all over the room and turn it off lamp by lamp. Especially when you’re tired after the long trip, it’s super annoying. And bathtub was dirty

Great location near the central train station, shops and restaurants. Staff we polite and super efficient, great breakfast. All staff spoke some English. A really nice say with amazing value for money, I would highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Warsaw Central train station. Our check in was delayed and there was a considerable wait of approx 3 hours with mixed messages from 2 staff on the day on reasons for the long wait. We finally received the keys at 4.15pm. This was quite frustrating, as we had just come off a 17hour flight. Sadly, the hotel is a bit dated and this left us disappointed considering the higher than average room rate paid, and alternatives available nearby. Food and drink from the hotel restaurant was average. The restaurant staff were friendly. Reception staff on checkout were too busy to acknowledge and say thank you or smile. Overall it was an underwhelming experience and one we will remember for the future to avoid Mercure.
