One has to be careful making reservation in this hotel. Some rooms do not have bathrooms and people have to use common bathroom. The hotel is very clean, but lack of bathroom shall disqualify it as a hotel, this is something between low grade hotel and good quality hostel.

Such a great stay. Really comfortable beds, spacious, quiet, good temperature, very clean. In such a convenient location and very close to the central station. Very clear self check-in instructions.

Extremely clean, great coffee machine and tea selection. Nice, helpful cleaning staff. Bed was good. TV selection was good. Neighborhood is great - walk 5-7 minutes to train stations/metro, National Museum is 10 minutes walk away. Palace of Culture is about 7 minutes away. All rooms on one floor. Looks like Mondrian designed the walls. Would definitely go back. Great place.

Excellent, clean place to stay while visiting the city. Following instructions sent, entry codes worked as expected. Room had complementary shaving set, toothbrush/toothpaste, sewing kit, earplugs, vanity set. kitchen well equipped. Complementary coffee and tea available. 1star less for not answering an email sent through Expedia.

Different doors to go through with codes

Located very centrally, near the Central Station. Good. But very complicated to get in, Three times go through different doors with different codes. Because we booked through Hotels.com, we did not get all the codes? Took a long time, luckily, there was a cleaner there, who could help us. We are thankful for that. Good service. Can recommend this, but inconvenient with all the different doors to go through. Must be easy.

Hidden gem in Warsaw centre.

We went on a short city break and booked Level Rooms due to price and how it looked. We were not disappointed in any way. Our ethos is somewhere to sleep without bells and whistles but the basics like comfortable beds, en suite, wifi and location. The location of Level Rooms is no more than 10 minute stroll to Central Station and large shopping mall. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes who all have English menus. The room is comfortable but has the basics and the service provided by the owner was second to none. The only blip to the trip was the distance of the new Modolin Airport was nearly 20 miles from Warsaw centre and little public transport to or from. This I am sure will be rectified in the future as there is extensive roadworks around the airport. Overall what a great stay and i'm sure it won't be the last. Thank you to the team at Level Rooms. You made our stay that much better.

Excellent location. Clean room

Excellent location. But on pictures there were three separate beds. I arrived with my grown up sons and we were not overly happy about sharing a rather small double bed the two of us. The extra bed was the same size.

The rooms are small but clean. But the main problem is that there is no kettle and dishes for tea and food in the room. This created an additional burden for us after an 18-hour flight. We also asked to send us the code number for the apartment to our mobile phone number, but the owner did not do this and this also delayed us, and we could not get into the room earlier, since we were waiting for the person who rented the room for us to land at the airport and give us the password. I will definitely not stay in this room a second time, since for this money you can rent a better room in a hotel, where there will be a kettle, tea, coffee in the room and more convenient registration.
