Great option if you’ll be going to or from the Warsaw West (Zachodnia) bus station as it’s only a 10 minute walk. Simple rooms and amenities, with very comfortable beds.

Perfect for short stays but less suitable for long

The room was small and compact. There was very little space to hang/store clothes and our suitcase ,- especially as we were staying for 2 weeks (it was close to our friends apartment). The cleaning staff were excellent and gave us extra towels etc on request and changed the linen regularly. The breakfast buffet was expensive (relative to othe restaurants) but had plenty of choice. Public transport was easily accessible.

I don't want chocolates on my pillow or a shaving kit in the bathroom. I want clean, comfortable, and reasonable. You get all that here. The bar and restaurant are only fair, but adequate.

Clean, well run & right next to bus stop. Loses 1 star as couldn’t work ducted aircon to change temperature. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options & bread available on request. If your coming from airport beware Zachodnia Platform 9 might as well be in a different suburb. Use the jakojade app to plan trips

The room cleanliness and staff were fine. I chose the location thinking it was between the bus station (I'd just come in on a long bus from Ukraine) and the airport......but.... Due to the road system (as well as current roadworks), it's not really possible to walk from that bus station anyway, and getting a Bolt to find me or the hotel drop-off was difficult. A regular taxi driver attempted to give me a ridiculous quote, as they will try in Poland. The room has almost zero amenities, no tea or coffee, or even drinking water (you need to go down the hall to a shared filter). Only one big squeeze bottle that is hair, body, and hand wash, The TV was too small to even read the text on it from the bed and turned off about once an hour. To connect to wifi, there were two options given, "Free but slow" or "Sing-up to our loyalty program for fast wifi". I needed to do some work, so I gave them all my data, and then the "fast" wifi didn't work at all. Breakfast was fine. Luckily I was only staying overnight, and I admit that my expectations are not always that high in this city, but I won't bother with this place again. It's a clean bed and a clean shower. It's just OK.
