We are very sorry to hear about your experiences, however we need to clarify a few points. We have sent you a standard message with transfer options. You arrived at the hotel at 7 am, standard check in is at 3 pm. There was no request from you for an early check in, you were checked in as soon as possible - at noon. We just asked if you wanted to leave your luggage in our storage during waiting time and no one was rude or cold. No one ever would refuse to use a restroom in our hotel.
