Great Warsaw base

such a great location and just enough space for a pair. Some small additions would make everything 5 star: wish there was a full length mirror and some laundry detergent so we don't have to scrounge to make just one load. It IS true that there are 3 different codes to get in, but we just screenshotted the info and eventually got good at it.

Excellent location and stay

Very comfortable, modern and clean accommodation in the heart of Warsaw Whilst the stay overall was great there are some small improvements required: Confirmation email with check-in instructions was not sent until 2 hours after check-in so we struggled accessing the building and had to ring the office for instructions; remote control to tv did not work and toilet flush button kept getting stuck so water kept gushing Also some feedback about using so many different codes to access the building, corridor and door - how about just 1 or 2 electronic fobs/ chips instead? It’s too much and too confusing when you’re tired and travelling

Good location right across the main train station and tram stations and it is easy to visit all of the attractions. The rooms are spacious with a living room and a kitchen area. The self-checking-in is online and easy. There are 4 lockers to access the building and room. Whatsapp communications was quick. There were some issues such as the hallway lights were off and at night it was complete dark and it was hard to see the room locker panel, management promised to fix it but did not happen. The last day the water came out all faucets was brown and there was no alert to us and we used the water for cooking breakfast, the management's response was they did not know it and the building was doing water tank maintenance. The unit is facing the train station and the tram lines pass constantly and at night the noise is audible.

VERY good value for money

Very happy with this apartment, and my stay. The location being perfect and packed with all the amenities needed. Quite recently refurbished apartment (2022?). The only small negative was an inconsistent in the code for the entrance from the street - I had to skip the first cipher on order to get in, took me sometime to figure that out😮

Payment system need to improve

Be careful of your credit card's compatibility with their online payment system, which will be used to deposit money when you stay. Most of the Asia bank-issued credit cards do not work with their deposit payment system, which means you can not check in when you arrive, which will be a terrible situation. Otherwise, the hotel has a great location and living environment at a reasonable price, and the room is equipped with everything you need, like a washing machine, kitchen, and so on...

My experience started off poorly. I reached out to the host via Expedia one week before arrival to enquire about early check-in — no reply. I followed up two days before arrival — still nothing. After an overnight flight, I spent over four hours at Warsaw Airport trying to reach the host to obtain the check-in info that was supposed to be provided two days prior. By the time I finally received it (around 14:30), I was offered early check-in for a silly amount that was required to be redacted — just 30 minutes before regular check-in time, considering transit time to the unit from WAW. It took at least six attempts through Expedia and direct calls before I received the required access details, and none of my messages through Expedia’s system were ever answered. The process was frustrating and unnecessary. Deposit payment was also confusing — the link and notifications were only in Polish, resulted in failed attempts and a charge on a card I did not wish to use. Fortunately, I was able to confirm no duplicate charges 9despite receiving notifications to the contrary). The apartment itself was decent — good location, comfortable space, but no closet in the bedroom (only limited hallway storage). Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty but usable. Overall, while the apartment met expectations, the lack of communication and poor check-in coordination left a lasting negative impression. With better responsiveness, this could have been a far more pleasant experience.

Nice studio, needs some improvement for the shower by having either a curtain or glass as water went everywhere without this. To much noisy in the first floor and in the hallways. The clarity of the kitchen window doesn't help if you like darkness within the room at night. A blackout curtain is recommended. The rest was very clean, nice, cozy and comfortable make me feel at home. Also would say the location of this studio was excellent as close to everything you would want to see or do.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The location is perfect - in the central area. Close to the central station and many shopping malls. I have nothing else to comment other than that the internet was out. A fault by construction workers and not the owners of the apartment.

Access to the building is not convenient if you have luggage: the main entrance is stairs-only and reaching the elevator with suitcases is a hassle. Inside the apartment there was an overpowering air-freshener smell; opening the windows didn’t help because smoking is allowed on the balconies, so the cigarette smoke came right in. Basic amenities were missing. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, no bottled water, and a washing machine but no laundry pods. For guests staying 4+ nights, it would be great to provide at least 1–2 pods for coffee and laundry. Customer service was also disappointing. I messaged via the platform’s messenger and WhatsApp and received no response. I’ve stayed at a very similar place in the same area that offered much better service—two bottles of water, a variety of teas, coffee pods, candies, and very communicative staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this apartment.

住宿地點距離火車站非常近，住宿品質非常棒，房間很大也有提供烹飪工具與碗盤，有自己煮餐習慣的一定非常適應，唯一能挑剔的就是押金，記得入住前要先登錄線上APP與進行押金繳費，小心卡片可能會刷不過，但可以先跟住宿管理單位討論解決方式。

Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Rent och snyggt med allt det som behövs för en bra vistelse. Det var lite komplicerat att följa instruktionerna för att komma in i huset med de koderna som man får via incheckningssidan, men när vi väl hade kommit in det fanns en "blipp" som man kunde använda för att komma in i trapphuset och korridoren. Läget är utmärkt, nära stationen och centrum. Vi valde att äta frukost inne i lägenheten och övriga måltider på stan. Bra tillgång med restauranger i närheten och nära till en mataffär. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.
