"The property was dirty. Dog hairs on sofa dirty and sticky floors. Hob filty microwave plate grease air fryer rusty and dirty no stoppers for sinks. Bathroom sink outlet broken. When it was repaired it leaked. Reported it again got no reply. People entering the property without prior notice. Rooms very small. Also hidden cost hot tub. Over all property could do with a deep clean. "

"Great wee place. Nice and quiet and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Host was very kind in leaving local food and a bit of milk to get you going ( great idea for a cup of tea). Also has a chap of the door where I kind man gave me half a dozen fresh eggs. They were lovely and the eggs looked like what I used to see as a kid- white, brown and light blue. "Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."
