"Easy location to get to by bus from Heathrow. It does cost some money to take the bus. I thought I’d read it was a free shuttle from the airport. Room was great. If it’s hot, ask for an extra room key card so air conditioner won’t shut off when you leave the room. All else great, Comfy bed, extensive morning buffet. Decent price, especially considering expensive London prices. Would recommend. 👍"

We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available.
