"Staff super friendly, everything was clean and in very nice condition! Our room was bright at night, must have been a street light outside our room....I didn't even try to block it better, I conked out! So that must be a good mark for the beds!"

"A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am.
He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger)
The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping on them, there was someone’s comb on the floor and the a/c was not great!
I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast in such a dank and musty smelling place if my life depended on it! (even if I woke up in time)"
