"Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever.

"Good location. You get what you’ve paid for, it’s clean, it has working AC, 7/11 next door, great laundromat if you need to do some cleaning… what else is there to ask?"
"Great place to stay, very courteous staff. The hotel location is convenient to shopping, dining, and close to the park in Phichit.
And! The beds are comfortable!"

"The bathroom is nice, little courtyard, and a carport, extraordinary.
The breakfast is pretty spartan, and there were some mosquitos in the room, but a good deal."
"Room we had was spacious and clean with views over towards city from 7th floor. Easy check-in and polite and friendly staff. 15 minute walk from train station, set back away from road."

"Very nice quiet hotel in a beautiful part of Phitsanulok. Full hotel facilities, with very nice buffet breakfast. This hotel can get very busy with its conference facilities. There is also a Spa, Pool and Massage on site."
