"Our stay at the Narrows Landing was incredibky restul. The grounds are lovely, staff were helpful and available, and the room was comfy, warm, and large, if a little rustic. "The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good."

"For the price,I was surprised at the room.offered: old,tired small. Grateful it was close to our bus stop as we were not driving. No glasses in room. Pub downstairs great food and service. Would not recommend this accommodation if stairs are a problem- long flight up."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. "My family and friends really had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Park. In fact, this was the best accommodation we have stayed so far! The cottage was very tidy and spacious with complete kitchen appliance and cutlery. Andrew was also very nice and accommodating. We even had a quick tour at the farm, picked some fruits, and the kids also enjoyed the animals. Unfortunately, we were not able to take a dip at the pool since the water was freezing cold. Nevertheless, we still had an awesome time!...

"One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels.
