"The heater was busted in the room had to move in the middle of the night - lady at the front desk gave me a hassle about it and asked why I didn't say something when first arrived? The reason is I didn't know. Why question the guest? She went to the room and verified it was indeed broken before allowing us to relocate at midnight with my 9-year-old son and there we sat for 15 minutes stuck in the lobby - not good - this place has gone downhill fast under the new regime!
