"A delightful suite in a cottage next to The Beetle and Wedge pub, beside the Thames. A cosy, well equipped room with a coffee machine, tea and proper milk provided, plus a good ensuite.
Breakfast was sensibly priced and tasty, taken overlooking the river.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy.
All in all a lovely location and a good room for exploring the area."

"The staff were very helpful and lovely, me and my friends stayed here for reading festival and they were very supportive in accommodating us. The self cater kitchen is lovely and includes everything you would need, the lounge is a nice quiet area to relax and the rooms were decent for a youth hostel with clean bedsheets and bunkbeds! The area itself is lovely and quaint we were very happy to stay here especially since the train was only a 20 minute walk away."

"Beautiful 18th Century pub in quiet village location. Taken to room, lovely decor, big bed, bathroom was a little tired. Shower had no hot water when I tried at 4.30pm, thankfully had some the following morning. Had a wonderful night sleep, a shame some kind of breakfast is not included in the price. Welcoming staff and lovely locals. Would I stay again, yes. "
