"We enjoyed our overall stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pools were fun and kept us entertained so much we decided to extend our stay. However, the rooms need a major upgrade. The fridges in both rooms barely cooled, at one point the door fell off.. the bathtub shower head/pipes literally screamed/screeched every time the shower was turned on so we ended up just letting water run in tub and showering that way. Both toilets experienced plumbing issues and the tv in our first room we had to call maintenance to fix it because it wouldn’t turn on through the remote and it kept needing to be programmed… on plus side , we enjoyed the daily pool party, we think music And beach toys should be readily available, not only for specific occasions . The pool party livened up the atmosphere but we were sad when they collected the beach balls and took the music away. We will definitely be back again, but think it’s helpful for the programs to be reevaluated in addition to the basic room upgrades"

"The check in was quick and easy, clean and spacious room for the 4 of us, it’s close to everything that we wanted to do. The lady who checked us in was so nice! The only takeaway was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, the hotel has a lot of guests and they seem to be all in the pool, we didn’t mind, the pool looks great, the property is busy that’s for sure."

"We stay at the LeConte most times we are in Pigeon Forge which is several times a year. Everything has always been excellent, including the breakfast. Very quiet and off the Parkway but still close to everything."

"The breakfast was not what we expected . the fruit was frozen no cereal and no milk. the room beside us had people fighting all night with children screaming and crying. It was very hard to sleep."

"We are a family of four (two teenage kids boy 17 and girl 13) and we stayed at the Music Road Inn property. We were in town for a baseball tournament but also wanted to make it a quick mini vacation to enjoy the area. We had a queen deluxe room and it was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. We liked that it wasn't directly on Parkway, but still close to all the activities and restaurants. The Parkway gets very crowded so it was nice to be a little bit off of the main road. Gatlinburg was just right down the road as well so we were able to drive over for the day to have fun. The hotel pool area was fun and the teenage kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area."
