"It was a good location to restaurants, upon entering the room it was not clean. Smudges and foggy mirror in bathroom, mold in grout. Rug had pink or red stains. Mini frig was clean. Did not use free breakfast option. Noises neighbor nice all night, beds are uncomfortable"

"Room was comfortable, staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast was incredible - will definitely be staying here again!"

"Good location, clean and updated rooms. Geographically close to Bates."

"clean room: yes, odd smell upon entering the room, the walk-in bathroom setup was very helpful, including the shower chairs, bars, etc. the bed was comfortable though the tall height of the bed made it difficult to get in bed comfortably/easily. the staff: the man who checked me in was helpful, the woman in the morning did not understand me when I asked to add another night; and called several times to try to understand what I wanted. "We had a quick one night stay in the area. The hotel and rooms were clean, although dated and a little tired. It was totally perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was very good with several options. Beds were comfortable, and everything worked well in the bathroom. Despite odd location, it was quiet. Nice to have a gas and Dunkin so close. We would stay here again if in the area."

"Easy to get around, close to the grocery store, and close to a gas station. Perfect place for us to visit family. Breakfast was good."

"Last minute stay, great experience. Loved the employee of the year!"

"This place is genuinely everything you want in an Inn on a vacation in Maine. We loved all of it. The breakfasts was amazing, the grounds were beautiful. Before we left, we took a short hike on one of the property trails. The room was very comfortable. Cookies and coffee were always available :) I recommend The Maple Farm Inn to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway."

"Well cared for Victorian Inn. Very comfortable rooms, each with a slightly Bohemian flair to the antique furnishings. Off street parking, close to amenities. Host was fabulous- friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Will return"
