"I would like to sincerely thank the entire check-in team for the excellent service and professionalism. Traveling with dogs and equipment can be stressful, but everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine care. A special thank you goes to Mohammad Al Abads, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the check in. He went above and beyond to assist and made a difficult travel day feel much easier. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again for making the experience such a positive one."

"I read reviews saying that’s where the celebrities stay so I wanted to try at least one night despite the price. Big mistake! The option of rooms offered were: big with no ac working with the heat of Europe this week or a small plain room with AC. Neither room had any view. The bedding is just ok compared to other hotels in Frankfurt. Only one restaurant and overpriced. Got my food wrong and had to redo. The gym is a joke, small and no AC, all black walls but at least open 24 hours. No pool . Spa closed.. location good for business not for tourists .Compared to the JW Marriott it was very disappointing in all categories . Wouldn’t stay again."

"Staff were friendly and amazing. The property is convenient and beautiful. They failed to advise us that the pool was closed (Which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the property. In one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, the front desk worked diligently to fix the situation and changed the room for us. I could tell the technician was giving them "attitude" but, I can speak German and called them out on it. The front desk staff were amazing."
