"The staff are really friendly, informative and nice. A small team who created a community feel. The Superior Cabin had nice clean sheets and pillows on arrival including an immaculate fridge and room. The humid days made for very warm rooms during the day and night. "

"Room was great and location was great for where I was going. Parking right outside room. Hairdryer was broken which I left beside the rubbish bin, and fridge froze all my food, but they may not have been told this information prior. Would stay again"

"I chose this hotel as leaving for early flight and was close to airport. Looks a little tired on the outside and was'nt expecting much but the lady at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with complimentary coffee and very surprised to find a lovely clean room with comfortable bed . Kitchen and bathroom in great condition. Air con, Tv , wifi, would recommend to others"

They made sure all our needs were met but allowing us the privacy to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Te Karaka lodge surroundings. "The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Black out curtains for a good nights sleep. Not easy to have windows open to aid airflow (no AC) as on the first floor and people walking past. But overall the room was great."
