We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The hot springs were great and the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was a studio apartment. The park is located right on a bay and it was very pretty.

This is a hidden treasure! Room/cabin was clean comfortable and full of amenities unusual for this kind of setting. Beautiful surroundings of you like quiet, rural water views and hotpools. The hot pools alone are a great reason to stay here! Do note that some of the accommodations do not include bedding. We ended up upgraded to a 2 bedroom cabin with kitchen and private washroom which did have bedding and towels. Park was well kept with laundry available.

Often you get what you get pay for and when you travel with your family, saving a penny and finding something suitable is the challenge! Athenree was 100% value for money, family friendly, way better than expected and clean as a whistle. Hot pools were great, beautiful walks and even a stingray to watch in the water with my morning coffee. Definitely one of the better, if not best places we have stayed, spotless and friendly and some pleasantly surprising and innovative little add on's and in's.
