"Close to everything in Garmisch. Comfortable room and very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the pool after a long day walking around. We did not get a balcony room and wish we did, but very nice hotel"

"Great staff, amazing location, clean rooms. Too clean, the floors were sticky from the soap used to clean the floors. Use less or rinse the floors. House slippers were sticking to the floor making peeling sounds. But great all around."

"Great location near trains and downtown. Nice, large and very clean room. Modern inside. Full king bed plus twin. Only one minor thing was the hot water pot didn't work. We didn't try it until the morning we left. Oh well. Desk clerk was helpful and very friendly."
