"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. ..."
