"This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM! "

"The room was spotless. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This place opened only two days before we arrived. So there were a very quirks to be ironed out in our room. We informed the front deck and for the inconvenience the gave us a complimentary breakfast. This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated in a contemporary style."

"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. It’s location can’t be beat, with lots of delicious restaurants and interesting and fun activities just a short walk away. Plus the water view from our room was beautiful. "

"Had a wonderful stay at The Convent Hotel. Room was cosy (we stayed in Room 16), spotless, bed was comfortable, great pillows. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also nice bar area and separate restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"Amazing! Excellent location, spacious, immaculate, lovely view of a beautiful courtyard, and walkable to Univ of Auckland within 15 minutes. Great kitchen complete with silverware, plates, cups, many teas, coffee, and milk chocolate. I had a dining room separate from the bedroom and it was like being in a classy apartment. Bathroom and sinks were small, the gym was tiny, and the laundry room washers and dryers were free but constantly crowded."
