Never had room service for breakfast before where they told me they didnt serve coffee and I would have to go downstairs for it. Room service staff do not come across as professional, rather teenagers with poor phone skills. "

"I’m really not a complainer but… Everything was fine until we went to breakfast. They used the absolute flimsiest plastic ware and cheapest paper plates. There was NO breakfast meat— no bacon or sausage. There wasn’t even any powdered eggs! You could make a waffle, or pour meatless gravy over cold biscuits. "

"We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris."
