The resort is large with a pool and own part of the ocean. Sun beds and umbrella by the ocean are not included and cost. Large and very good breakfast buffe. Quiet and calm area. Walkable distance to Vrsar. We had a deluxe room which is clean, large, with a balcony to the ocean.

Pool area too small snd crowded.

Way to crowded - you cannot enjoy the pool and cleaning is not cleaning just change of towels. If you like spending time at the pool - choose another place. It is way to small for all the people using it. To enjoy the private Beach to the resort you have to pay 24€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella pr day. Not okay when you paid for the resort. Walking distance to the town and restaurants.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Resort schön und gepflegt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüsestand vorhanden. Strand sauber und die Liegen/Schirme für Gäste, mit 50% Rabatt, leistbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis was die Appartements betrifft angemessen. Restaurant unverschämt überteuert. Sehr kleine Mengen zu hohen Preisen. Beim Check-in wurden wir unserer Meinung nach abgezockt. Dafür konnte aber das dortige Personal nichts. War eine Entscheidung der Chefin im Backoffice. Zur Erklärung: Wir hatten einen seit einer Woche an den Hinterpfoten gelähmten, 3 kg Hund dabei. Dieser wurde nur getragen und fuhr in seinem Buggy. Konnte weder das Zimmer noch die Anlage betreten. Wir hätten es uns auch anders gewünscht! Für ihn haben wir (20€ am Tag) zahlen müssen. Traurig!

Schöne Unterkunft, , das Zimmer war prima und wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht, vom Balkon toller Blick auf's Meer. Die Halbpension war sehr abwechslungsreich und es hat gut geschmeckt, Alles in Allem sehr gelungen u.empfehlenswert auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war sehr gut.Es war eigentlich ganz schön, nur im Bad hat es von der Decke getröpfelt.Wir mussten die ganze zeit einen Kübel am Waschbecken unterstellen.Denn Schaden haben wir gemeldet wurde auch gleich begutachtet aber wurde nicht beseitigt.Das war eigentlich das einzigste was mir an diesem Urlaub nicht gefallen hat.

Gut Lage und clever gelöst mit den Reihenhäuschen, damit es kein massives Hotel ist. Kaum Autoverkehr und man geht zum Essen oder an den Strand gemütlich spazieren. Leider waren die Getränkepreise beim Abendessen und die Liegen (Pool: 6€, Strand 8€) ziemlich happig.

Lage schön. Frühstück war gut. Auswahl war ausreichend. Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Allerdings nicht gut isoliert. Konnten den Gast im Nebenzimmer, schnäuzten und schnarchen hören. Der Fernseher lief die ganze Nacht, was nicht zu überhören war. Leider hat er trotz Rauchverbot im Zimmer geraucht. Dieser Gestank ist leider zu uns durchgedrungen. Das Personal war nett, wollten uns als Entschuldigung ein Mittagessen aufs Haus ausgeben. Fazit. Auf Grund der hellhörigen Zimmer, würden wir es nicht mehr buchen. Ein ruhiger Schlaf ist uns sehr wichtig.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren nicht überragend aber für zwei Wochen mit Kindern völlig ok (ausreichende Möblierung, täglich schnelle Reinigung, Badewanne mit Dusche). Hin und wieder fiel der Strom aus. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Frühstücksbuffet teilweise sehr voll. Vrsar kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen (10 Minuten). Viele Sportmöglichkeiten (leider kein Kajakverleih). Störend empfanden wir die häufige und laute Livemusik am Abend. Würden die Anlage aber insgesamt weiterempfehlen.
