"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"We checked in late and the AC in our room was broken. They moved us to a much smaller room that had AC for the night (after we paid for an upgrade). The next day we were able to move to a different room but they did not refund us the upgrade for the first night or offer us Como breakfast or anything for needing to move rooms twice. Once that was settled, we had a nice stay. The hotel location is excellent and close to the sights and cafes without being loud and in the middle of it. The room AC worked well which was important during this heat wave. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Rooms were clean, nice."
