Al principio dudamos un poco en quedarnos aca pues leimos algunos comentarios del area alreadedor del hotel, pero en general el area cercana a la estacion central de Bruselas no es muy agradable. Sin embargo el hotel esta situado en una ubicacion muy conveniente para caminar con maletas desde la estacion de tren y tiene una plaza enfrente iluminada, nunca me senti insegura. "Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"

"Great location, very close to the Sint-Pieters train station. Room was very comfortable and spatious. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, best croissants I had during my whole trip, including France. Really enjoyed my stay, would book again!"
