We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but the grounds are beautiful and all staff at lodge and restaurant were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and proximity to Kilauea volcano sights was super convenient. Hope to come back again soon!

A nice, large apartment with a full sized stove/oven and frig (which can get noisy cycling at night). All the amenities of home (except a dishwasher). A large, covered lanai and easy parking. Plus an ecletic bookshelf. Convenient locatino to town and Kilauea. Quiet neighborhood.

I would stay again. It’s on a busy road, but it’s quite by 7pm. Full kitchen setup in the cabinets with coffee maker. Close to several shoreline paros with great snorkeling lagoons. My only complaint would be the sheets were a bit uncomfortable. Like using and old towel to sleep under. There are ...

This place is amazing, molten lava or not it is a truly unique island, do come and visit. The volcanoes national park is only minutes away, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa are only short drives away and amazing beaches and valleys cover the whole island.
Three roads from Volcano to the sea are blocked due to the eruption of the Volcano last year. We can clearly the feel the mighty of nature in this area.
