We stayed in mid September, and it was like a ghost town. The waterslide wasnt running and they emptied the indoor pool down on our 2nd day. The staff inside the hotel were a bit stand offish but it was fine. Our daughter loved the jungle play center, but the lady working the front was so rude and acted like we were such an inconvenience when we asked for tokens.....even though we were the only people in there for the first 40 minutes. The room was very large and the beds were comfy. There was a nasty white stain on our couch and the smoke detector was missing from where it was hardwired. I was excited to try the spa but told they didnt have all the services avaliable.

Good value and very modern

Hotel is fairly new, well appointed but not that close to the promenade and city. The staff was friendly and attentive with good wifi and underground parking. The breakfast was just about average with the dinner the same. Not many customers when we're there. While they showed a beautiful pool, it was empty and the inside pool there was a charge to use it, which we found unreasonable. We have found lately, early October, that a lot of the facilities were closed in all hotels. We were not unhappy with the hotel as it was a one nighter and was good value

A notre arrivée, il n'avait pas trouvé notre réservation, il nous a été demander de regler la chambre, alors que nous avions paye sur l'application. Premier matin, l'eau et la wifi étaient coupées. Je ne tecommande pas, il est loin de la corniche et de la plage a pied.

Der var flere ting som var uklare i forhold til hvad der var med i betalingen. Værelset var fint og pænt, fik dog ikke den udsigt vi var lovet. Og der reklameres med at det er ferie lejligheder med køkken, dog er der ingen ting i køkkenet udover 4 tallerkner og lidt bestik. Kan derfor ikke bruges til at lave mad. Poolen var super fin og stor. Dog bliver den brugt til diverse børnefødselsdage, institutioner og grupper af unge mennesker, hvilket skaber en masse larm og uro. Morgenmaden var ok, men buffet var dårlig placeret, så det var svært at komme til, og de var ikke så hurtige til at fylde op.

Har sällan träffat så sur och irriterad personal. Bara männen var trevliga, alla tjejer ville helst inte hjälpa till alls. Frukosten ok och rummen var rejält stora, med balkong. Poolen i hotellet bredvid och absolut inga 4 stjärnor. På sin höjd 3 stjärnor. 2 km in till stan och inte helt lätt att hitta taxi.

Disappointment

The room was dirty, there were broken things around the room (towelholder, pipes from wall, safe) and no trash bin. The 5th floor was terrible to sleep due to yhe rooftop lounge. Thank god i had my earplugs with me. Service was okay, even though every time on breakfast i went to line i had to specifically ask for it (your ham is out, theres no water, bread is out, there are no coffee cups...). The pool also cost for customers, which is insulting. The pool was okay, if you moved every 2hrs you could get the full days sun at the pool, as it was between tall buildings. The pool shower was just a hole in the roof... The price i paid for the hotel was nowhere near on what i got. Would not recommend.

Firstly, this is not in Vlore - it’s a 15-minute / 800 Lek taxi from the centre. Or a 80-minute walk. Not ideal. The hotel layout is a hodge podge, though the staff - especially on the reception desk - are very helpful. The breakfast is decent value (400 Lek), and dinner at the restaurant is good, but the waiters try and push you towards the higher-ticket items, which feels uncomfortable. The room was OK - the mattress was comfortable, but there was already rubbish in the bathroom bin, and the shower was a disgrace; it was a bath without taps, bizarrely, had a handheld shower that didn’t reach it’s head-height fitting, and it never failed to not flood the bathroom. This typified the not-thought-through planning of the hotel. Our four-year-old son enjoyed Jungle Land, the soft-play area downstairs, and the pizzas etc are good value (compared to the restaurant), but it is grotty. Climbing through the obstacles I discovered a number of used baby wipes, and considering we were the first people of the day to use the facilities it was pretty appalling. The swimming facilities are good, though the big yellow slide is more a slow-flow eyesore than a rip-roaring ride. Diamond Hill doesn’t make a splash, alas.
