The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and vibrant places such as bars and nightclubs.
While the hotel's reception area was nice and well-decorated, I didn't feel welcomed upon my arrival. Initially, the receptionists weren't friendly or talkative, but fortunately, their behavior has changed throughout my stay.
The rooms do have useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, sink, and stove, along with a comfortable bed. However, they need significant attention—showers, trays, sinks, mirrors, and toilet bins require updating. A full room makeover seems necessary.
Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of hot and cold foods. The ladies serving breakfast were exceptionally friendly, engaging with guests and providing excellent assistance. They truly deserve recognition or a pay raise.
This hotel holds great potential to be one of the best in Vitória, but it requires significant internal renovations. I might consider staying here again, hoping that the owners take customer feedback seriously. It seems like they're not actively listening, which could significantly improve the overall experience
