"Great hotel"

"Ideal location with a lot of amenities in the area! Staff were excellent especially Violeta. She works as the barista/ cook/ bartender and she gave us such a wonderful experience. She was very accommodating to our needs, knowledgeable on the menu, and very customer service oriented. Please continue more people like her. Other than that, rooms were cleaned and well maintained and food was good. I would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this hotel after having to leave our other hotel for safety reasons. We showed up at 11:30 pm at night and front staff were at kind. They got us checked in right away, shared all the property amenities, and told us to call if we needed anything. The room was super clean, tons of towels, had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed were comfy and we even had a sofa. We will book this again next time we're in town. Really loved our stay!"

"Clean room"

"This was a great place to stay for us. The breakfast and 24 hour coffee/hot beverage area were wonderful. The beds very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was also closed for the season. We expected the pool to be but the website didn’t indicate that hot tub was also seasonal."

"Super nice property. Rooms were great but I wasn't fond of the L shaped bathroom placement with the 2 doors layout. The lighting also could be better with more countertop space or shelving space for toiletries. Breakfast was very good even though staffing was a bit thin. However, our waitress did a great job and remained pleasant and helpful. The staff were great and property beatiful."

"Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I didn’t love the fee for parking, they have a rather large parking lot and charge you 15$ a night to park."

"Rooms smell, ice machine had black flakes in the ice, not cleaned properly. Only one ice machine on the bottom floor. Only vending machines they had only take cash. Floor in elevator looked like there was smeared blood all over it. Will never stay there again."

"I always stay at a Fairfield when I travel since they have consistently clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was very good and hotel was very clean and well maintained. I will continue to stay here."

"Clean. Nice. Had to pay for everything including water and bananas."

"There’s no elevator fyi. Beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms have an iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, there’s ice downstairs, they also serve coffee in the lobby almost at all times. Given the accommodation prices in Boulder, this was great!"

"Staff really need some customer service training."
