"Room and bedding not clean. Bathroom is terrible. Staff responsiveness was ok. Food was sub par. For the amount of money they charged, it was not at all worth it. Expedia should drop them from their list."

Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your request and the whole place is so close to nature that it almost feels like just being there is a vacation in itself. "The rooms are comfortable and spacious. A balcony provided good light and sitting space. The bathroom is functional, although the lack of a vent made it feel damp and prevented towels from drying. Staff had difficulty keeping dining area clean and service was poor. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay in a tent residence. It was very comfortable and made us feel we were camping. The staff was readily available and polite. The food was delicious. I wish they had cleaned the pool. Both days we were there temps were in the 90's and a dip was just the thing but the pool was filthy. However that wasn't a deal breaker as everything else was excellent."
