Nice hotel with a bed room and a living nice a spacious. And price was low for that price. And have ocean view site. I would stay there than those expensive hotel that just got a bed room. Sun and sand got an apartment place. And for way lower that expensive stay

The beach front, short walk to the beach, and the boardwalk were the best. The jets overhead were unpleasantly loud but, can't do anything about that. Staff were very helpful and prompt.

Great location to be in the center for everything. but hotel room itself is not maintained well. you will see spider webs, stained bathtubs and broken chairs - please check room and check in with the reception before you decide to compromise for the location

Ocean front with balcony. The room was decently clean however literally everything in the room was hanging crooked, the room needed dusted, the toilet paper holder fell off and the toilet wouldn't flush but my husband fixed that. The room and property new new floors and paint.

It was amazing. The hotel is so conveniently located to food, entertainment with the most amazing view. The owners are so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I will stay there again soon.
