I arrived later than expected and was greeted by friendly staff. I entered my room and to my surprise the room was nice. The shower was clean, the floors were clean, and the beds were neat…the only thing I would suggest is bring your pillows from home if you like more than one to sleep with. Otherwise I would stay here again!!!

Pool wasn’t even operational, there were mattresses on the ground in the pool area. No water in the pool. Couldn’t even sit in the sun in a chair in that area. The area was convenient and beach is close by. People in front of my room all night long and staff did nothing. Would never stay there again.

I made a reservation for my daughter and her Best friend when they were on their break from college, which was also spring break. Management never said there was any issue, but when they went to book again, they were told that they would need to go back through Expedia and cancel because they didn't have any rooms cleaned. Later when Expedia called to confirm, they gave some story about people coming in and out of the room, nudity, and some other things. None of which had ever been mentioned before or corroborated. I wasn't there so I won't claim that my daughter and her friends didn't have company, but it was spring break. and why were they up at 5:00 am, looking to see who went in and out of their room? Originally my plan was to give a good review because not many places are accommodating for young people, but after that scenario, there's no way I can. Because even if those things were true, why were they not addressed at checkout? They waited until another reservation was made and then refused to accommodate it, even lying then saying it's because they don't have any clean rooms because they didn't have housekeepers, so we can't get our money back instead of rectifying the situation when it occurred. And then threatened to call the police to show them some video they said they took of that night when asked why they didn't say anything at checkout. Communication is key in both business and in life. This situation could've been handled differently and more professionally.

We had the handicapped room. It was clean. The bathroom door did not shut. There was a wheel chair ramp but you have to lift the wheel Chair over the thresh hold. The handi capped parking had no extra solace. It was the size of a small car parking. The bathtub needed a mat for safety. There were good hand bars. The hair dryer was attached to the wall. There was not enough cord to S see in the mirror. The bed mattress was good. The bed frame sounded like a out of tone horn when you got into the bed. The hotel was close to the beach!

The room we stayed in was very clean along with the sheets and bathroom. The room was decent size and the office people were very nice. Everything we had was in walking distance and a 7/11 right next door along with a grocery store in walking distance. Would stay again

Two fights broke out in parking lot during my two day stay. There was also an LED light that kept flickering during the night. Good location and was able to park there.

The tub flooring was coming off during a shower. No additional towels were given on the second day of our stay. Got charged a $10/night charge as a service fee with no working Ice machine or swimming pool.

I’ll start with saying the staff at check in were friendly and the property was easy to find. At first glance, our room looked clean. We caught wind of an odd cheese-like smell, but checking in later than we’d expected, we dropped our belongings and ran to get to our event. Upon returning, the “cheese” smell was stronger and coming from the bathroom it seemed. Knowing there was a marathon and hotels were booked and since it was about 11:30 PM when we returned, we decided to shut the bathroom door to keep the smell out. The next day, I looked closer around the bathroom. There was grime around the back of the toilet base, mildew on the shower curtain. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here on future trips.
