Convenient location. Room is dirty: cobwebs from ceilings along walls everywhere. Floor is filthy-- needs to be scrubbed just not swept or swiffered Door has a gap that bugs and spiders enter. I bought bug spray Pets are allowed but cost is extreme Under the bed i dont even want to know

The pictures shown in the website are totally false. The bed was filthy, looks like the sheets were not washed. We used own towels. The staff, particularly RON, was very disrespectful and totally unprofessional. We booked 2 nights to stay but when we check-in on the first night, we noticed that the bathroom tiles were not draining well, pool of water are on the floor. So the following day, we told and front desk and requested to be transferred to another cleaner room. The staff, Ron, gave us 30 minutes to pack all our things so we can transfer to another room. That we appreciated, but when the key card he gave us did not work, my husband went back to see him. He was already upset, stating he is the only person working that time and he can not be bothered to attend to our request. He tried to open the room with his master key but when we tried the new key card he gave it the door did not open. In his frustration, he threw out the key card on the parking area. So rude, unprofessional, very inappropriate behavior for someone working in service industry. That's when we cancelled our reservation for that night and looked for somewhere else to stay. We are from out of state and was in Virginia to see our dying uncle. So please do yourself a favor and never book here.

Staff was great but the property was not. Upon arrival I had to request to change rooms twice. The first room, the shower head was not on correctly and the second room smelled like smoke. The third room was decent and stayed there. In conclusion, I wont be staying at this hotel again.

We booked our stay using hotels.com that was our first mistake. Second mistake was communication with the motel after we couldn't make it the first night. We called and explained the situation and we were told it was no big deal. By the time we arrived the next day they had completely cancelled our reservation and charged us for both nights.Unless you want to be out over $250 stay elsewhere. They will refuse to issue a refund.

Terrible experience

The front desk employee did not make me feel welcomed and appeared to be nicer to other guests in line. On the way to my room wasn’t a pleasant experience either. There was trash and what appeared to be homeless people standing around. Once I entered my room it didn’t get any better. There was dried feces on the toilet seat and when I called the front desk about it, the employee made it seem like I was bothering them. I pray I never have to stay at this location again.

The front desk staff were great, but the room left something to be desired. We were only staying one night, but the shower was improperly cleaned, the floor had all kinds of stains on it, and the bed was fairly uncomfortable. The tv lagged, and was probably purchased pre-2010.

It was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, smelly, and the appliances were rusted. Went to the front desk to complain about the smell in our room and I was advised they had no other rooms available. Instead, they provided me with my very own can of air freshener to spray until we couldn’t smell the stank anymore. Needless to say, we left the next day.
